Анонимное письмо, есть форма выражения своего затхлого сознания, когда человек не имеет возможности избавиться от навязчивых идей, не дающих ему покоя. Оставить эти дела в покое, заключить союз согласия со своим собственным Я. Успокоить свое сознание, значит согласиться с собой, запретить себе создавать отрицательные образы творения.
Не имея на то оснований, человек не может терпеть своего обидчика, строя в своем сознании наказание за свою обиду. Нужно ли этим гордиться? Думаю, не только нет, но и нужно прекратить строить планы по его наказанию. Сколько мысли родиться в голове обиженного человека, столько и обиды возникает в ответ на его отрицание. Не стоит думать, что мир обиды, хорошее видение своего творения. Там нет ни согласия, ни веры, ни любви. Оттолкнуться от обид, сделать шаг в пространство своего согласия, когда ни один индивид не будет твоим оппонентом. Не нужно носить в себе обиду, она не только разоряет тебя, но и вносит беспокойство в твою душу.
